HR System Development & Project Manager
Responsibilities:
To manage and Implement the automation and integration of Human Resources operational functions to ensure data availability, validity and accuracy and to provide brilliant support and service in HR operational and strategic business process
Requirements:
• Personnel Management and Human Resources — Principles of motivating, developing, and directing people as they work and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
• Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Coordination & Time Management — Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions and managing one’s own time and the time of others
• English Proficiency — English skill of the structure and content including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar in writing, speaking and oral
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Computers — Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office applications, HRIS program and other program as necessary
• Systems Analysis & Evaluation — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, & the environment will affect outcomes and identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or right performance, relative to the goals of the system
Statistics — Knowledge of statistics, projection, validation and their applications
• Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Communications — Knowledge of communication, presentation, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
• Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic plotting, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
